AMV Grouting Unit Container
AMV Grouting unit is the marked leading solution for sealing rocks faces from water intrusion using cement-based mixtures. The computerized prosess line handles recipes, mixing, injection, pressure control and datalogging fully automatically.
Dual process line
The two process lines consist of dry storage silos, chemical pumps, cement mixers and agitators for intermediate storage.
Electric power
The unit is fully electric - a hydraulic driven cable reel allows if to connect to 1000V or 400V power grid.
Computerized control
The unit is equipped with a full computerized control system.
AMV Connected allows for dataprosessing and generating reports after completion.
Complete solution
The unit comes equipped with support legs with auto leveling, and crane with working basket for placing and removing packers and grouting rods.
